The Korean skincare brand 2SOL (이솔, sounds like E-sol) is well known as the hidden cost-effective brand. Their product lines are not complicated or fancy but simple and basic. Although the price has been increasing year by year, still it's quite decent, ranging from $7 to $25.
The motto of Korean skincare brand, 2SOL (basic is the best)
As you might catch from its bottle design, their marketing concept is 'back to basic'. In order to provide the products at the most reasonable price, they avoid spend on the package. It's package says you how much they don't care about showing off.
Their attitude can be seen on the website as well. If you visit the website, you would be surprised at the number of products they sell. It's just 74 products in total. Aside from the hair products and lip balms, the number even goes less than 70. Instead of colorful packages, they focus on the authentic function of the ingredients. Their key ingredients are Propolis, Hyaluronic acid, Galactomyces ferment filtrate, Niacinamide, D-Panthenol, Sulfur, Vitamin-C, Matrixyl 3000 and so forth.
Based on these functional key ingredient, they combine with diffrent kinds of plant fermented extract. Looking into their labels on the backside, we can see how much they devote to the quality of products.
Interested in the cosmetic and skincare products, I've read several articles, saying that basically there is no point to buy the global luxury brand, with respect to the effect of the contents. Some says, Nivea or Vaseline is enough to protect skin and keep healthy glow on skin.
If you've already tried all different kinds of luxury brand for your skin, and you've been fed up with their excessive marketing, apparently it's the right time for you to turn into the BASIC.
